A partnership between Together Homes and property company, Jomast Developments, would like to deliver around 106 affordable homes on land between Huntington and Monks Cross. These affordable homes will be targeted for key workers and families who have been priced out of York in recent years.
One of the largest not for profit housing associations in the North of England, Together Homes is proposing a range of 2,3 and 4-bedroom family homes, all of which will be affordable, with a mixture of social/affordable rented and shared ownership options. These homes will help address the critical lack of affordable housing delivery in York.
